Working away this week, I came across a little village in the New Forest called, Lyndhurst.  Its made its name from the fact that the real 'Alice' from Wonderland is buried there.  I went to see her grave, and then I stumbled upon an Age UK shop.  In there I found this little beauty of a dress for a snip of a price.

A Diane Freis Vintage... (I didn't know it was until I got it home and googled it!)

I mean this is not something you could get away to pop down to Costa, unless you live in Camden that is.  But it's ideal for Theatre wear, festivals, fancy dress or indeed if you have the balls to wear wtf you like.  If so buy it and send me some pics....x

The fabric is absolutely beautiful.  Admittedly the style wouldn't become just anybody and the wearer might want to re-think the fabulous shoulder pads.  Or maybe not!

If I was to keep it, I'd alter it into a 2 piece with long flowing skirt and a cute little
cropped see-through blouse.  Very sexy!

This is a video of me in the dress singing for one of my mates' Birthday.  Enjoy...

I left Yorkshire in July, a hobo, prepared to live out of my car and cash in on years of being a great friend by surfing the sofa's of Britain.  A happy meeting (understatement) at Secret Garden Party (awesome festival) has brought me to the shores of Portsmouth.  No one in Pompey likes it here.  They all want to get out, but in my opinion, its as good a place as any.  I can walk to the Sea in about 8 minutes which to someone from Inland Yorkshire is very exciting, you are never more 5 minutes from Alcohol at any time of the night and it has so far proved to be very oppulent in good charity shops.

Here are two of my latest finds in Pompey;

Think Madonna in the 80's
I am a massive fan of all things 80's and this hot
little shocking pink 100% cotton with canvas effect, floats my superficial, overly dramatic 80's boat.  It reminds me of something that Madonna would wear.

My boyfriend really wanted me to keep this but
we plan on living in a van all Summer so haven't
got room for such frivolity.  So if you wanna buy it, follow the link below the photo...

This little treasure has just sold on e-bay.
It was so fluffy
and had real huggability factor.
With its bright blue and green kooky shapes all over, it reminded me of something Deidre Barlow would wear and I snapped it up without a thought.  However its crowning glory had to be the 6 blue triangular buttons
going all down the front.
So cool!  Love it!
